Policy 2.8: Exempt Maximum Number of Credits
Policy Statement
The objective of this policy is to establish an enrollment policy for students taking courses at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»nical College.
Purpose
The purpose of the Enrollment policy is to govern the maximum number of credits each student can take at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»nical College and also providing an exemption option in special circumstances.
Students admitted to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»nical College are allowed to register for a maximum of 22 credits each semester. Non-degree/visiting students will be allowed to register for up to 9 credits before having to declare a major. Any student seeking to increase their credit enrollment level in a semester should complete the Exempt Maximum Enrollment of Credits form with an advisor signature then return it to the Office of Records and Registration.
